Refund Policy

48-hour satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 48 hours — no justification required.

1. Digital products (courses, kits, lessons)

All digital products sold by Dazzi Nails Academy are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the content is immediately accessible, we offer a 48-hour refund window from the time of purchase.

  • To request a refund, write to ecole@dazzinails.com within 48 hours of your purchase
  • Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

After this 48-hour window, all sales are final. The digital content will have been fully accessible and no further refunds will be granted.

2. One-time offers (upsells)

Products purchased as one-time offers (for example, discounted add-ons on the thank-you page) follow the same 48-hour refund policy.

3. Consultations

If your purchase includes a personal consultation and you request a refund before the consultation, a full refund will be issued. If the consultation has already taken place, only the remaining portion of the product (excluding the consultation's value) may be refunded within the 48-hour window.

  • Subject: "Refund request"
  • Your full name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Date of purchase

We commit to responding to all requests within 24 hours.
