1. Company information

This website and its products are operated by Irina Dizhevskaya Dazzi, under a Freelance Permit issued in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Products and services

Dazzi Nails Academy sells digital educational products: online video courses, downloadable spreadsheets and tools, recorded webinars, and one-on-one consultations. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

3. Purchase and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms of Use.

Upon receipt of payment, you receive immediate access to your digital product through the LearnWorlds platform. A confirmation email with login instructions is sent to the address provided at checkout.

4. Access and use

Access to purchased digital products is unlimited in time — you can revisit the content at any moment. Access is granted to a single user account and is non-transferable. Sharing credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

5. Consultations

When a product includes a personal consultation, you will receive a link to schedule your appointment through Calendly. Consultations must be booked within 90 days of purchase. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows do not entitle you to a reschedule.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 48 hours by writing to ecole@dazzinails.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After this 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued, as the digital content will have been fully accessible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content — videos, spreadsheets, documents, visuals — is the intellectual property of Irina Dizhevskaya Dazzi / Dazzi Nails Academy. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning and professional purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display this content.

8. Limitation of liability

Dazzi Nails Academy provides educational content and tools. Results may vary depending on individual situations, effort, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific financial results. Any income or results mentioned in testimonials or marketing materials are examples and do not constitute a promise of results.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
